SaRA - Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant

The Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant works by running tests to figure out what's wrong and offers the best solution for the identified problem.
It can currently fix Office, Office 365, Outlook, and Windows problems.
If the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant can't fix a problem for you, it will suggest next steps and help you get in touch with Microsoft support.

Install Instructions:

1. Navigate to https://aka.ms/SaRASetup and click Save File at the prompt

2. Save File to Destination

3. Open SaraSetup.exe from the saved location, and select Begin Install

4. The Support tool will download, and finish installing automatically.

5. SaRA will Launch, and verify itself. (Please wait a few moments.)

6. SaRA will successfully install, and then prompt to select options for troubleshooting.
