Install DoD Root Certificates

Open a browser and navigate to https://public.cyber.mil/pki-pke/tools-configuration-files/

Click InstallRoot 5.6 NIPR 64-bit Windows Installer to download the DoD InstallRoot application

In your downloads folder, launch the InstallRoot_5.6x64 application

Click Next

Click Install, then click Yes to allow this app to make changes to your device

On this screen, click "Run InstallRoot"

Then Click Next, Next, Finish for the tutorial.

Click Install Certificates

Click Ok

You May get prompted for a series of Security Warnings, they should all be warnings to install DoD Certificates. Click yes to any certificates related to the DoD.

Click Ok for the last prompt.

The DoD Root Certificates are now installed. Please close all browsers then re-open and try accessing your website again.
