Costpoint - Deltek vs Windows Authentication Issue

Access Issue & Resolution Steps:

Authentication issues may occur if - 'Keep me signed in" > selection is interrupted when a user is signing in.

Troubleshooting the issue:

First, clear your browser cache, then close the browser and then reopen.
- Then access the CP link Costpoint 8 (mydelteksite.com)
- Deltek system: DELTEKCPCORE
- User: Core4ce MS365 Account (first.lastname@core4ce.com)

Resolution: System Administrators need to select > Deltek Authentication instead of Windows Authentication
