How to Report a Phish In Microsoft Outlook
After receiving a suspicious or phishing email, the first step is to check the email address the email is from.

Is the domain one you recognize? Or an email you are expecting?
If either answer is no, please use the "Report Message" feature provided in Outlook.
When selecting an email in Outlook, this button is shown on the Home ribbon, if this button is not visible, please click on the three dots and the "Report Message" feature will appear in a drop-down box.
Selecting "Phishing" will remove the item from your inbox and sends a copy to the IT Security Team. Reporting the message will also send it to your "Deleted" folder. In the event that an email you reported is not a phishing attempt, the email is still recoverable.
For users accessing email through Outlook Web App, please refer to the screenshot below on where to find the "Report Message" feature.
