Core4ce Tech Onboarding: IT setups and guides
Core4ce Welcome Email/Authenticator Setup
-
The Core4ce Welcome letter sends an encrypted email to your personal mailbox on Tuesday before your start date. To access the email, follow the prompts to enter the one-time passcode. This email contains your temporary password, and links to Core4ce resources like Outlook, My Apps, and FreshService. Please use a browser that allows this capability like Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Firefox.

-
After retrieving your credentials, you can proceed to log in to your company provided laptop or if you have a personal laptop, please use the browser to log in at Office 365 Portal or My Apps.
-
While logging in for the first time you may refer to this document which details setting up the Microsoft Authenticator app and your account up for multi-factor authentication. In this document, you will begin by registering for authentication by logging in. Afterwards, you will be asked to create your own password. THIS WILL BE YOUR PASSWORD FOR ALL CORE4CE SYSTEMS. Core4ce apps are also single sign on so entering credentials will not always be necessary in the future.
Core4ce Device Setup
Once you are logged into the company device, it may need to update or be restarted before moving forward. Some devices will require you to create a PIN. For more information on device setup please refer to this document for the Dell Latitude model and for the Dell Pro model. Either way, here are some key takeaways for setting up the device.
- Please do not name the device. If you do, do not worry, we will rename it.
